Returns/Exchanges

Defective Products

     1. If you receive a defective product, we will either replace it with a new product

         or refund the whole purchase amount including the return shipping cost.

     2. The product must be returned within 7 days of the receipt.

     3. Please send an e-mail or call the customer service center before returning any products.

     4. Please include the invoice and describe the reason for the return




Return of a product that is not defective

     1. Product must be returned within 7 days of the receipt

     2. The following conditions must be met        

        - The product must be factory-sealed as shipped

        - There must not be any scribble or note on the product

        - Any supplements or free gifts must be returned with the product

        - Replacement with a different product is not possible




     3. No returns accepted or refund issued in the following cases:

         (TO ENSURE THE SAFETY OF OUR CUSTOMER, FOLLOWING TIEMS ARE NOT RETURNABLE TO MAINTAIN HEALTH CODES AND

         TO PROTECT OUR CUSTOMERS FORM TAMPERING, WE CANNOT OFFER REFUNDS OR EXCHANGES AS WELL.)

The following cases:

- The factory seal or wrap is broken or opened

- Loss of the product value due to the customerís error or fault such as damage or scribbling on the product

- The product is already used. The grace period of return is over.

- The situation is against the shopping mallís return policy

4.  Return or Refund Procedure

- Please send an e-mail or call the customer service center before returning any products

- Please pack the product securely and return it by FEDEX, UPS or insured USPS mail

5. Refund

- The credit will be issued within 7 days of the receipt of returned product. If the product does not arrive at the customer service center, no refund will be made

- The original shipping amount will be deducted from the refund amount. The return shipping cost cannot be refunded

- 15% from the total amount of the invoice will be charged as restocking fee and will be deducted from the refund amount
